Multilingual flashcard 123 – Magic potion in 10 languages.

This is one of our favourite activities to do when learning fractions – I give the children some potions and they have to work out the fractions of ingredients. They then get the chance to create their own magic potion, using fractions to represent how much of each ingredient to use. I usually link to this by reading extracts from George’s Marvellous Medicine and Harry Potter – let me know if you you would like the resources to do this with your class too!
